NASDA Meat the Need Plan Will Increases Expenditures - Burden Grocers

North Carolina Most Wanted Sex Offender

Robert Lance RandallNC NEWS -- According to the NC Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry, on March 28, 2007, Robert Lance Randall was convicted of a sex offense in the first degree against a child under the age of thirteen. Sentenced to 48 years and 9-month imprisonment, Randall only served less than 18 months and was released into the community of Durham County. Now, Randall has failed to register as a sex offender and is a fugitive pending jail.
